Who we are

What we collect, and when

• When you press Send enquiry: your name, phone number, the service you chose, your preferred time, date and way of contact, and any message you write. This is delivered to us through our website host (Netlify) and a copy is emailed to us.
• When you press WhatsApp, Email or Copy message: the message is opened in your own app or copied to your device. We receive it only if you choose to send it.
• When you use the calculators and tools: the numbers you type are worked out in your own browser. They are not sent to us and not stored by us.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.
• We do not use advertising trackers on this website.
• We do not ask for passwords, bank details, OTPs or card numbers. Please never send them to us through this site.

How we use your details

Only to reply to your enquiry, to call you back, and to provide the service you ask for. We keep enquiries for as long as needed for that and for our business records.

Stored on your device

The site remembers your light or dark choice and the last tool you opened, in your browser's own storage. Nothing is sent to us. You can clear it from your browser settings. If you add the website to your home screen, your browser may also keep a copy of the pages so they open without a connection.

Other services this site uses

• Netlify hosts the website and receives enquiry forms.
• Google Fonts supplies the typeface, so Google may see your IP address when a page loads.
• cdnjs (Cloudflare) supplies a small library, only when you download a PDF.
• WhatsApp and your email app are used only when you choose them. Their own privacy policies apply.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the details you sent us. Write to ca.ajeetpratapsingh@gmail.com or call +91 81277 41299. We handle personal data in line with Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Children

This website is meant for adults. Please do not send us details of anyone under 18 without a parent or guardian.

Changes

If we change this policy, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
